By downloading, installing, and using the PkrFun application, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
Eligibility
PkrFun is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. PkrFun reserves the right to verify user age and terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement.
Account Responsibility
Each user is permitted to create and maintain only one account. Multiple accounts per user are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact PkrFun support immediately.
Earning and Withdrawals
Earnings on PkrFun are generated through legitimate gameplay, referrals, and task completion as defined by the platform. PkrFun reserves the right to adjust earning rates, bonus structures, and withdrawal limits at any time with prior notice. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the app. PkrFun is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from using bots, scripts, or any automated tools to artificially inflate earnings or game performance. Creating fake referral accounts, using fraudulent payment details, engaging in any form of cheating, hacking, or exploiting platform vulnerabilities, and sharing misleading information about PkrFun to attract referrals are all strictly forbidden. Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all accumulated earnings.
Platform Modifications
PkrFun reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature, game, or service on the platform at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.
Termination
PkrFun reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any user account found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions, without prior warning and without obligation to refund or transfer any accumulated balance.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of PkrFun shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
Acceptance of Terms
By using PkrFun, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. PkrFun reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
